Swann SW244-WDW Review: Swann SW244-WDW Red Alert Security Kit. Swann Red Alert looked like a good product, but more than 6 weeks after purchase, I had yet to have it working. After 7 contacts to Swann by e-mail and telephone I was finally issued authorization to return it for exchange which I did the same day. I finally received the fixed unit 3 weeks after that. The Red Alert Wireless System seems to be a good system when it works, but Swann's Support and Customer Service is lacking until you really get their attention.19 of 20 . Read more »
